Game not loading: isolate page, network and embedded login

First identify the screen: if the guide still shows its game cover, press its Play button to load the original iframe; if the game is loaded but keys do nothing, click inside it. If the iframe stays blank, compare the original game in a new tab. A login error after the game appears is an account/network branch, not proof that the game assets failed to load.

Guide cover / Play button remains	Press the guide’s Play control and wait for the original game document.	You reach Press to start or the game’s login/guest screen.
Loaded menu; movement keys do nothing	Start a run, click inside the game rather than the guide search, then test WASD/arrows. Menu screens are not movement scenes.	Character moves in the active run; otherwise use the controls guide.
Blank embed; original works	Continue in the original tab. Compare the browser’s embedding/privacy restriction without clearing the original game’s save.	The original game reaches its menu or a short run.
Original also fails to load	Check connectivity, try a normal supported browser and compare another permitted network. Record the exact failing URL/message and whether this happens before or after login.	Once a menu loads, follow the relevant account or controls branch; do not reset progress as a loading test.
