The October 11 PokéSurvivor update adds Bonds for two-to-four simultaneous moves in one slot, a card-reroll button, capped run cards and fixes for tickets, upgrades and long-run freezes.

Changes at a glance

  • A legendary rift victory grants a Bond. Fuse two moves into one active slot; later Bonds can add moves to that group up to four.
  • A level-up-card reroll button was added. Rifts became more frequent; Psychic moves and healers were weakened.
  • Speed, cooldown, XP, magnet, armor and power cards now have maximum pick counts. More picks are no longer an unlimited route to stronger stats.
  • Mobile Pokémon details move alongside selection, login speeds up and the ×10 gacha screen can be closed.
  • Fixes cover image-memory black screens after one hour, tickets lost by closing a tab before run end, paid upgrades bought just after saving not being applied, and permanent mid-run freezes.

Grow a Bond group from two moves to four

  • Learn the two moves you want to combine, then win a legendary rift and use the Bond choice to fuse them into one slot.
  • Select that fused slot as active. Its two moves operate together and the released slot can hold a new move.
  • Use a second and third Bond to grow the same group to three and then four moves. A completed four-move group cannot accept a fifth.
  • Example: start with Ember, learn Swords Dance, then bind them after the first suitable rift win. Ember deals damage while Swords Dance supports the same active group; later choices depend on your learned move pool.

Ticket saving and what changed later

Tickets are now banked when picked up, rather than only at the end of the run. This fixes the specific lost-ticket case when a tab closed early; it does not make guest progress persistent or move saves between browser origins. The October 12 patch later changed reroll acquisition, and October 13 replaced long-run overtime with Judgment.

Game date, page revision and sources

These are the changes announced for 2026-10-11, not a claim that every rule still applies today. Page revision: 2026-10-14. The historical changelog is preserved in a9b21f09; the October 13 Arceus update supersedes the old endgame and leaderboard rules where noted.

What to change in your next run

  • Only the active slot fires. A Bond makes its grouped moves fire together; learning four moves in four separate slots still does not make all four simultaneous.
