Coins fund permanent Pokémon upgrades. Track pickups, run rewards, mission rewards and gacha duplicate refunds separately, then spend against a concrete upgrade budget.
What to do
- Check claimable mission rewards.
- Prioritize safe pickups over running into a pack.
- Use Amulet Coin if survival is already sufficient.
- Inspect duplicate refunds after gacha.
- Use the cost planner to choose the next affordable upgrade.
Numbers & conditions
Normal duplicate refunds are 15/30/60/120/300 coins for 1★–5★. Amulet Coin applies ×1.5 coin multiplier while held. The permanent coins upgrade adds +8% per level, up to eight levels.
Common mistakes
Coin bonuses are not gacha rarity boosts. A plan that costs more than your balance needs a smaller target level, not an impossible negative budget.
