Cloud sync applies only in the game’s cloud mode with the intended signed-in account. Compare identities and reconnect before assuming the local save is gone.

- Confirm cloud mode in the original game.
- Use the same account provider or credentials on both devices.
- Reconnect and wait for synchronization.
- Check collection union, upgrade levels and latest currency balance.
- Avoid spending concurrently on two devices while investigating.
Numbers & conditions
Collections merge by union, upgrades/statistics by maximum and coins/partner by the newer save. The October 12 notes describe a server migration requiring some users to sign in again with their existing account.
Common mistakes
Two different account methods may represent different identities. Do not add two device coin balances or promise cloud backup while in local mode.
