Enemy pools become stronger at defined time thresholds, bosses are scheduled through minute 15, and additional scaling accelerates after minute 60. Plan around these transitions rather than assuming a constant difficulty.
What to do
- Use the timeline tool with your current run time.
- Prepare space before each scheduled boss.
- After a tier transition identify new support or warning behaviors.
- Review survival and damage again near minute 60.
- Treat event and rift times as conditional, not fixed appointments.
Numbers & conditions
Enemy tier thresholds are 0, 70, 160, 260, 380 and 500 seconds. Boss times are 180, 360, 540, 720 and 900 seconds. Extra-time HP uses exp(0.000374 × max(0, minutes−60)²), capped in the exponent at 30.
Common mistakes
The late factor multiplies ordinary time scaling; it does not replace it. A live boss postpones relevant rift checks.
